• Kaye is an outstanding therapist!

She is warm, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Kaye helped me cope with work-related stressors, navigate family dynamics, process past experiences, build my confidence, and manage stress and anxiety in a safe and caring environment. I have truly gained so much from my work with Kaye and I will be forever grateful to her for helping me find my voice. (Public review via Healthgrades)

  • I felt so understood,

heard, comfortable and accepted. This is what allowed me to grow and bring my struggles to such a safe space. I loved the balance of education, building coping skills, relaxation exercises, stories and laughter.

  • Incredible therapist

I worked with Kaye for quite a few years both in office and through telehealth. She was absolutely incredible in helping with my anxiety and panic attacks but also just helping me learn what it looks like to have a healthy, safe attachment to someone. I really can't speak highly enough of her, so much of my own personal growth was accomplished with her help and i will always be eternally grateful for her. She helped me through so much, anxiety, panic, grief, relationship problems, family issues, existential crises, and through all of it she gave me a solid foundation to bounce things off of, I could honestly trust her with anything. If you're thinking of reaching out but are scared, I promise it's worth it! (Public review via Healthgrades)

  • It’s been very helpful

to have Kaye stop me and look at how I’m feeling in a certain moment. It’s also helpful when she helps me look at a situation in a different way.

  • Healed in many ways

Kaye was beyond wonderful to work with. She provided me will all of the tools and resources I needed to handle some self & life challenges. I worked with Kaye for a few years via in person and telehealth. She was very kind, patient, constructive, and supportive. I unfortunately moved out of state and had to end my sessions. I'm thankful for my time, it has enabled me to be balanced and reflective during new life transitions. I've healed in many ways and have learned a healthier perspective on myself and my surroundings. Thanks Kaye! (Public review via Healthgrades)

  • I can change and improve my life

and I’ve done some of this while in therapy with Kaye.

  • Only needed to meet four times

Kaye is an excellent counselor. She made me feel comfortable and I was soon at ease with her to discuss my problem. I came to her with a specific need and after getting acquainted with me and my background, she skillfully suggested some things for me to try. I met with her four times and found her extremely helpful. I will use her again. (Public review via Healthgrades)

  • Anxiety is normal and understandable

especially considering my past experiences. It doesn’t make me weak but actually really strong and courageous since I’m doing things that scare me every day. To grow in any way, I have to start with accepting/being kind with where I’m at and what I’m feeling.

  • Down to earth

Catherine Holcomb helped give me the necessary tools to sustain a more fulfilling life. Her compassionate, “down to earth” approach gave me practical ways to deal with my anxiety and depression. Hands down she is the best counselor I’ve ever met (& I’ve met quite a few over the years). I am eternally grateful to her for helping guide me on how to rebuild my confidance and sustain wonderful healthy relationships with both my family and friends. Bottom line, she makes a lot of sense. • I’ve had a change in mindset

and, while I’m still anxious over the arrival of our new child, it’s not all consuming. I feel like I’m in a better mental state and I have tools to help me when I become overwhelmed.

  • Heard what I was saying

Kaye is kind, sincere, warm and easy to talk to person. She taught me various ways to deal with extreme stress and to recognize the emotions I was dealing with. I struggle to express myself, but somehow she could hear what I was saying and restate exactly what I meant. I highly recommend her for anyone needing someone to talk to, especially if you are not really comfortable with the idea of going to therapy. (Public review via Healthgrades)
